The order will be delivered to your chosen DPD parcel terminal / point within 1-3 working days after the money is received in RCPlanet bank account. When the goods arrive at the parcel terminal, you will receive an SMS containing the security code required to open the parcel terminal.

In case the dimensions of the ordered product do not allow delivery via parcel terminal, the respective product can only be ordered by courier or pick up at RCPlanet headquarters.
